WIWW: Church Edition

I know I know. It's technically Thursday, but I only missed the cut off by an hour, and only because I stayed at the gym longer than I was planning tonight. But I really don't have to explain myself to you. After all this is MY blog and I'll do what I want.

Anyways...This is what I wore to church on Sunday. I'm not sure about the higher waisted skirt and the tucking in of my shirts. But I'm trying to be more ambitious.

Skirt: Old Navy, Shirt: H&M, Shoes: Target, Earrings: Gifted, Bracelets: Target & Darling Ephemera, Toe Ring: Forever 21

My cute kids like to interrupt my WIWW photo sessions.

This skirt is super comfy but in my opinion its not very flattering. And I don't think the horizontal stripes helped. Oh and there was another lady at church in the exact same skirt. Twinners. Ugh. I hate when that happens.

What do you think? Thumbs up or thumbs down?

  2. I think it looks cute!!! I love the color! I've also recently started wearing a few high-waisted skirts with tucked in shirts and it really does feel weird. Also, I hate, hate, hate, when you're twiners with someone. I was twiners with an 70 year old woman at church once. I burned the skirt. Not really, I'm way too re-purposeful to do that :) But I haven't worn it since.

  5. You know when I wear the same thing as someone else, I just hold my head high and tell myself I styled it better. =) We all need an extra boost on confidence sometimes! I like the skirt, too.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
